I have advanced gum disease and as a consequence I have suffered bone loss. I required extraction of a tooth that was a lost cause, but I had bone grafts for 3 others that we hope to save. All my gums were opened and infection removed, the are cleaned and bone smoothed (contoured) to mitigate future bone loss. Every step on the journey I understood what was happening and why. Dr Danesh is incredible! I had an implant done by her in a tooth which had previously been ruined by another dentist. Once an implant fails there are chances that it might fail again. So I was a bit nervous. Dr Danesh not only was successful but she did it without giving me any antibiotics either. I highly highly recommend her.
